天然酵母 ~ 培育與發酵 (續 2nd day)
拿出昨晚冰入冰箱的酵母來餵養, 加入 25 cc 的水和 30g 的高筋麵粉. 拌一拌後放在熱水瓶旁邊三個小時 果然膨脹了一小點, 再放入冰箱去冬眠.
